Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy for Nammabattery.com

 

Here at Nammabattery.com, we understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. You may have ordered an item in error or you suspect your battery may be faulty, so we have created this cancellation & returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

Returns

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

(a) We receive the returned product within 7 days following the date of purchase of the product;

(b) The returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.

Returns Procedure

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must:

  • Arrange for the battery to be sent back to our premises. You can do this yourself using a nationwide courier or we can arrange this for you at a cost of Rs.200. This fee may vary based on your location.

  • If a product is being returned under guarantee, then this fee will be refunded if the product is deemed faulty and a replacement sent free of charge. Should the product be found to be in good working order, the item will be sent back to you and your guarantee continued from the original date of purchase.

Refunds

We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy, excluding the costs of returning the product to us, within 7 days of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

What is the acceptable order cancellation time-frame and what is the cancellation fee?

  • We usually deliver the order within just a few hours of the customer placing an order on our portal or via phone. Because of this, the cancellation time-frame has to be very short.

  • We allow an order cancellation time-frame of one hour or if you call before the product is dispatched for delivery to you. If you want to cancel the order after placing it, you need to call us as early as possible.

  • If the product has not been dispatched for delivery, your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged any cancellation fee. However, if the product has already been dispatched and you call to cancel, a cancellation fee will be levied upon the customer, which will be Rs.200 + 2% online charges only if the payment is made online. Please note that this fee may vary based on your location.

How and When Will I Get the Refund?

  • You should receive the refund amount automatically credited to your credit/debit card account within 7-10 business days.

Improper Returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

  • (a) We will not refund or exchange the product;

  • (b) We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.

  • (c) If an order is cancelled by the customer or if the battery is found to be in working condition, a service charge will be applicable, with a minimum fee of Rs.350/-.

  • (d) If the car does not start after replacing the battery, it might be a starter issue; a service charge is still applicable.
